Return Policy

Please email contact@jqgagliastro.com regarding returns, exchanges, or questions you may have. Please include your order number and email address used when placing your purchase.

If the items are eligible for return, we will refund the amount paid (including any tax) once we receive the returned items. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and only for products that are in new condition in their original, intact packaging. For books, we only accept exchanges in cases of transit damage. The exchange must be made within 14 days after the item was shipped.

Please note any shipping costs on the original order will not be refunded for returned items.
